How do I make a payment?

You can payments quickly and securely through your Bunch Customer Portal. This makes it quick and easy to clear any outstanding balance on your account.

Making a one-off payment

  1. Log in to your Bunch Customer Portal. (Or sign-up if you haven't already.)

  2. Go to the Payments page.

  3. You will see your outstanding balance when there is debt on your account.

  4. Click Make a secure payment to make a one-off card payment through Stripe.

Once you’ve completed payment, you’ll see a success message. If the payment fails, you’ll be able to retry or use another card.


Paying a custom amount

On the Payments page, having clicked Make a secure payment, you’ll see two options on the Confirm Payment page:

  • Pay Full Balance – pay the full outstanding balance on your account.

  • Pay Custom Amount – choose to pay a specific amount, up to (but not exceeding) your debit balance.

If you select Pay Custom Amount:

  1. Enter the amount you’d like to pay in the Enter Amount field.

  2. Press Confirm Secure Payment to complete your payment.

Your chosen amount will then be processed securely via Stripe, and your portal balance will update within one business day.

⚠️ Important: You can only enter a custom payment up to your current debit balance. You cannot pay more than the amount you owe.


When will my balance update?

  • Card payment authorisation happens immediately.

  • Your account balance and transaction history will update within one business day of making a card payment.


Managing your payment method

How can I change or update my card details?

You can add, remove, or update your saved cards at any time:

  1. Log in to your Bunch Customer Portal.

  2. Go to Payments and click Manage Payment Details.

  3. You’ll be redirected to a secure, Stripe-hosted page.

  4. From here you can remove an old card, add a new one, and set your default payment method.


Payment History

The Payments page also includes a Payment History section, so you can review past transactions.

Payment History is only available for users whose contract began after the 27th March 2025. If you’re contact began before this, this feature won’t be visible in your portal.


Alternative payment options

If you can’t use the Customer Portal, you can still make a payment by phone or by manual bank transfer. These methods may take longer to process, so we recommend using the portal whenever possible.
