Need to update your payment card or wondering if Direct Debit is available? Here’s everything you need to know.

Updating your payment card

You can update your card details securely in two ways:

  1. Via your online portal
    Log in at app.the-bunch.co.uk.
    From there, click through to Stripe, our secure payment system, to update your debit or credit card.

  2. Over the phone
    Contact us on 0333 358 3377 and a member of the team can help update your card for future payments.

Once updated, the new card will be used for your automatic invoice payments going forward.

Can I set up a Direct Debit?

Bunch does not currently support Direct Debit.

When you sign up, your card is registered for automatic payments under a continuous card authority. If there are any issues with your card payment, our Collections team may offer BACS (bank transfer) as a backup method.
