How long can I sign up for?

Bunch contracts for Energy, Water, Broadband, and TV License (TVL) are set up for 12 months.

At the end of your initial 12-month term:

  • You can choose to renew for another 12 months, or

  • Your account will continue on a rolling basis until you either renew or request cancellation.

Where to Check Your Contract Start and End Date

You can find your contract start date in:

  • Your Welcome to Bunch email (sent when you first signed up)

  • The Bunch Portal under Home — log in at app.the-bunch.co.uk and check your tenancy start and end dates

If you can’t find your start date, contact us at [email protected] or call 0333 358 3377 and we’ll confirm it for you.

Renewing Your Contract

  • We’ll contact you 42 days before your contract end date with your renewal options.

  • If you don’t renew, your account will automatically move to a rolling SVT tariff until you decide to renew or switch away.

Why It Matters

Knowing your contract length and renewal date helps you:

  • Plan your budget and avoid unexpected tariff changes

  • Time your switch if you’re moving home or changing supplier

  • Take advantage of renewal offers and avoid early termination fees
