Once you're signed up with Bunch, you'll be asked to add your card details to your customer portal. These details are used to automatically collect payment for your invoice on your designated payment day.
We use Stripe to securely take recurring payments from your registered debit or credit card. Your payment will be taken automatically on your payment day, but please note it can be collected at any time before 23:59—so don’t worry if it doesn’t come out first thing in the morning.
You do not need to manually pay your invoice via the website. As long as your registered card has sufficient funds, payment will be taken automatically on your due date.
We do not use Direct Debit. Instead, your card is charged under a continuous payment authority, meaning we take the payment directly rather than initiating a bank pull.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment is unsuccessful, we’ll automatically attempt to collect it again over the following 7 days.
During this period:
We’ll contact you via email up to 3 times to notify you of the failed payments and remind you to update your card if needed.
If payment is still not received after three failed attempts and a short additional grace period, a £15 late payment fee will be added to your next invoice.
Additional info:
This is a one-time fee per missed payment cycle (not recurring).
The fee has recently been reduced from £20 to £15 to reflect a fairer charge policy.
Want to change your payment card?
You can update your card details at any time through your customer portal to ensure future payments are processed correctly.
