You can log into your Bunch Customer Portal anytime to view and manage your account.

  • First time logging in? Sign up here using the email address linked to your Bunch account.

  • Already registered? Log in using your existing details via this link.

How to Log In (First-Time Users)

  1. Click the Sign Up link above.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Bunch account.

  3. Follow the prompts to create your password and verify your account — this may include a one-time passcode sent to your email.

  4. Once registered, you can log in via the standard portal link for future access.

What You Can Do in the Portal

  • View account details – Property address and tenancy information.

  • Update account information – Keep your phone number and email address up to date.

  • Track your services – Broadband, energy, water, and other utility setup statuses.

  • Track energy usage – Monitor your electricity and gas consumption.

  • Log meter readings – Submit your latest gas, electricity, or water readings (if applicable).
