If your water has stopped working, here’s what you need to do:
1. Check your stopcock (main valve) inside your property
To find you stopcock, see Where is my stopcock?
Has this been accidentally turned off?
2. Check with your neighbours
If they also have no water, it’s likely a wider supply issue.
2. Find out who your water supplier is
You can look this up by entering your postcode at www.water.org.uk/find-your-supplier
3. Check your local water supplier’s website for planned works or outages.
4. Call your water supplier directly
Only your water supplier can investigate supply problems, confirm if there’s an outage, and arrange any necessary repairs.
They will also provide updates on when your water will be restored.
5. If you need help
If you’re unsure how to proceed, you can contact Bunch support and we’ll guide you to the right supplier.
Important: Bunch cannot resolve water supply interruptions — you must contact your water supplier directly.
