How do I return my broadband router?

The router must be returned to Onecom partners, Ageas House, The Square, Gloucester Business Park, Brockworth, Gloucester, GL3 4AD within 21 days of cancellation. Please send the router via a tracked post option to protect yourself from any lost router costs.

Once your broadband has been activated, you cannot remove broadband from your package as the contract must be paid for the year. We are unable to cancel this as it is a cost that we then incur from our suppliers.
