We’ve designed your dashboard to give you answers at a glance. To check the live status of your water supply, just follow these quick steps:
Log In: Head over to your bunch portal and log into your account.
Check the Sidebar: Look over at the right-hand side of your screen.
View Your Services: You will see a dedicated section listing all of your active services.
Deciphering Your Status: What does it mean?
Ordered: Your order is officially logged in our system! This status simply means that we have yet to request the water account to be opened with the supplier. This is completely normal and usually means your move-in date hasn’t arrived yet, or we are finalizing the setup of your account.
Actioned: We are actively on it! Seeing ‘actioned’ means we have officially reached out to the water supplier to set up the account, and it's currently making its way through their setup process.
Active: You are completely good to go! This means a water account is now officially open in the name of Bunch for your contract, and everything is running exactly how it should be.
