If you have selected a broadband option which includes a 4G data dongle, you can use this while you wait for your official router installation date.
Setup steps:
Insert the supplied SIM card into the white USB dongle, chip side facing down.
Plug the dongle into the USB port on the back of your router.
Switch on the router using the power button and wait for it to boot up.
Connect your devices using the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password printed on the back of the router and on the setup card in your kit.
Activation can take a few hours, especially if there are network delays — keep the router powered on during this time.
Important:
The dongle provides temporary internet access until your full broadband service is installed.
Speeds will depend on mobile network coverage at your property.
Keep all equipment, including the dongle, as it must be returned at the end of your contract.
