Returning your broadband router

Instructions for returning your broadband router within 21 days of cancellation, including return address and postage guidance.

The router must be returned to us within 21 days of cancellation or the end of your contract. The return address is:

Ageas House,
The Square,
Gloucester Business Park,
Brockworth,
Gloucester,
GL3 4AD

You must return the box and all contents, including the router and cables. We’ll send you return instructions toward the end of your contract.

Please send the router via a tracked post option to protect yourself from any lost router costs.

We do not offer reimbursement for the cost of posting and packaging the router.

Once your broadband has been activated, you cannot remove broadband from your package as the contract must be paid for the year. We are unable to cancel this as it is a cost that we then incur from our suppliers.
