Consumer advice and complaints support
Citizens Advice Consumer Service (CACS)

Extra Help Unit (EHU)
Offers additional support for people who may be vulnerable or need help navigating complaints processes. The EHU works independently and can help ensure you are treated fairly.

βDispute Resolution Ombudsman (DRO)
An independent, not-for-profit alternative dispute resolution service approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. If you've been through our complaints process and remain dissatisfied, or if 8 weeks have passed since you raised your complaint, you can refer it to DRO. Their decision is binding on Bunch but not on you, and the service is free to use.
