Bunch makes it easy to manage all your essential home services in one simple monthly bill. From energy and broadband to water and your TV licence, you can choose exactly what you need for your property — with everything managed in one place.

What can I include in my package?

You can choose one or more of the following services:

  • Energy — gas and/or electricity

  • Broadband

  • Water

  • TV Licence

  • Contents Insurance (must be bundled with at least one other service)

You can choose either Electricity only or Dual Fuel (Gas and Electricity), depending on your property.

Fixed Energy

Your Fixed Energy Plan gives you a single, predictable monthly payment that covers typical household usage within our published allowances. It’s ideal if you prefer certainty and want to spread your energy costs evenly throughout the year.

Flexible Energy

Your Flexible Energy Plan locks in your unit rates and standing charges for 12 months, but your monthly bill changes depending on how much energy you use. This gives you more control over your energy consumption.

If you don’t yet have a smart meter, we can help set one up for you for free or you’ll need to provide manual monthly readings to keep your account up to date.


🌐 Broadband

Bunch works with multiple national and regional broadband partners to offer a range of options, depending on where you live and what’s available at your property.

Our partner networks include TalkTalk, Virgin Media, BT, Vodafone, and others.

All broadband packages are powered by trusted UK providers and managed by Bunch — so you can enjoy one bill, one point of contact, and zero setup stress.


💧 Water

Bunch works with regional water suppliers across the UK — for example, Thames Water, Yorkshire Water, and Bristol Water — to make water billing simple and transparent.

Metered Water Supply

A metered water supply means you’re billed based on how much water you use, as measured by your water meter.

  • A meter reading is required at the start of your service.

  • You’ll pay for water actually consumed, plus a daily standing charge for maintaining your supply.

This option gives you control over your usage and bills — the less water you use, the less you pay.

Fixed Water Supply

If you don’t have a water meter, you’ll have a fixed water supply.

  • Your bill is based on a predetermined amount of water calculated from factors like property size, number of occupants, and rateable value.

  • You’ll pay a fixed amount each month, regardless of how much water you use.

All Bunch water contracts run for 12 months on a fixed tariff, making it easy to budget and plan ahead.

As with all Bunch services, your water charges appear on your single monthly bill — no separate accounts or paperwork.

Some properties, especially near regional boundaries, have two separate suppliers: one for fresh water and another for wastewater. We manage both suppliers for you behind the scenes: your Bunch payments remain combined so you won’t need separate direct debits.


📺 TV Licence

Your TV licence can be added to your Bunch package, spreading the cost into manageable monthly payments.

Key features:

  • 12-month fixed term

  • Fixed monthly price (equivalent to the quarterly direct rate)

  • No lump-sum payments

  • Cheaper than paying the TV Licence monthly fee direct

Your licence is valid for a full 12 months, and you’ll receive reminders before renewal.

Enjoy peace of mind knowing your TV licence is sorted — no renewals, no surprises.

You can cancel your TV Licence for free at any time. However, if you cancel part-way through a quarter, you’ll still need to pay up to the end of that quarter.
