Bunch offers two energy plans — both provided by our partner energy supplier, TRUEnergy.

Fixed Energy
Your Fixed Energy Plan gives you a single, predictable monthly payment that covers typical household usage within our published allowances. It’s ideal if you prefer certainty and want to spread your energy costs evenly throughout the year.

Flexible Energy
Your Flexible Energy Plan locks in your unit rates and standing charges for 12 months, but your monthly bill changes depending on how much energy you use. This gives you more control over your energy consumption.

If you don’t yet have a smart meter, we can help set one up for you for free or you’ll need to provide manual monthly readings to keep your account up to date.

Bunch works with multiple national and regional broadband partners to offer a range of options, depending on where you live and what’s available at your property.
Our partner networks include TalkTalk, Virgin Media, BT, Vodafone, and others.

One meter reading per year, taken by the water authority at the end of your contract
If you have a water meter, readings allow us to verify your usage
If you don't have a water meter, we assume your usage based on the property's rateable value

📺 TV Licence
Your TV licence can be added to your Bunch package, spreading the cost into manageable monthly payments.

Fixed monthly price (equivalent to the quarterly direct rate)
No lump-sum payments
Cheaper than paying the TV Licence monthly fee direct
Your licence is valid for a full 12 months, and you’ll receive reminders before renewal.
Enjoy peace of mind knowing your TV licence is sorted — no renewals, no surprises.
You can cancel your TV Licence for free at any time. However, if you cancel part-way through a quarter, you’ll still need to pay up to the end of that quarter.
