"Off supply" means you don't have gas or electricity service at your property. This could happen for several reasons:
For gas specifically:
Your boiler might have an error code
The boiler pressure might be too low
There might be a known issue in your area
For electricity:
Your fuse box might have tripped
There could be weather-related issues
High demand in your area might be causing outages
What to do if you’re off supply
If you're experiencing an off supply situation, you should:
Check your fuse box hasn't tripped
Look for error codes on your boiler (for gas)
Check if your neighbours are having similar issues
See if there are any known issues in your area
If you're still off supply after these checks:
Send a meter picture to us and we'll forward it to your supplier.
